TIPS: 

• Post on your personal Social Media Accounts to let Friends and Family know that you're looking for a smaller place to live. 

• As people that you know that have detached garages = You can turn their Garages into a tiny home! 

• In Laws are Cozy and Really Practical.. 

• Look for a Small Efficiency.

• Also look for Intentional Communities in your area.

• If you have space and need to save money. Think about re-designing your home and share your home with other people. You can make private entrances for privacy. 

• If you live in a big house, RENT YOUR ROOMS!
